Congrats to Cody Berry our December Employee of the Month!

Quala would like to recognize Cody Berry at our Beaumont, TX shop for his outstanding performance. Cody joined the Company in July 2018 and became the first qualified R Stamp welder to perform pit repairs on cargo tank barrels. This skill has led to providing a much-needed service to our customers and has become a significant revenue generator for the Beaumont location. Cody has taken initiative to make contact with customers and win business. In September 2019, Cody performed a small task for a new customer which led to them leasing on our property and giving all of their maintenance needs to him. Customers unrelated to tank wash and cargo tanks bring him welding projects because of his excellent customer service and quality of work. 

If that isn’t enough, Cody has led his shop to complete 102 safety observations for the year. His proactive approach to safety has resulted in zero incidents and numerous corrective action to make a safer working environment for our employees.
