What do I do when I have an issue with service?
At Quala we use a process called Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) to track our service issues.
You can submit an NCR by going to Contact Us > Submit a NCR.

Where can I find the hours of Quala locations?
Great question! You can find the hours for each terminal by visiting the “Locations” page. Search the area you are requesting services, click on that location and follow the link to view hours.

What is QualaTrax?

QualaTrax is Quala’s Customer Portal. It enables our customers to access the information that they need to keep their business running smoothly and efficiently.

Service is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

We want to make working with us as simple as possible. We’ve listed the simple steps we take each time we perform cleans for our customers.

SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST

Navigate to our “Locations” page to find a location on your route. Submit the following information to request service: Contact Information, Container Number, Last Hauled Product Information (MSDS/BOL), Estimated Container Arrival to Quala Terminal, Requested Completion Date/Time.

DROP OFF YOUR CONTAINER

After a time has been established our team will evaluate the trailer. Based on their analysis our team will identify the correct wash procedure, maintenance, or service required. If additional services are needed we will contact your team.

PICK-UP YOUR CONTAINER

Once the service is complete, our staff will move the trailer to a “clean yard” and we will contact your driver. Based on your company billing preferences, payment will be charged on-site or your company will be billed at a later date.
